Ordering Carpets
- Browse to the page showing the purchase options for the range and colour carpet you require.
- For the quality option you require, select the required carpet width and type in the required carpet length in metres (you can use 1 digit after the decimal point e.g 3.6) and click "Add to Basket"
- Assemble the required carpets in your shopping basket and click "Checkout"
- Enter your contact details and credit card details.
- Standard delivery charge of £30.00 including VAT to UK mainland locations.
- Delivery is usually 5 to 7 working days, but please enquire about more
urgent deliveries.
- We will be able to tell you the day of delivery, but we will not be able to
give you a time.
- Carpets can be quite heavy and bulky, it will help if there is an able
bodied person on hand to assist the driver.
- We cannot accept cancellation of orders after the carpet has been despatched
or cut.
- Colours are only as close as reproduction process will allow, we advise you
to ask for a sample.
- It is advisable to double check each measurement as we cannot replace
carpets if the measurements are incorrect.
